The Maharashtra State Council of Examination (MSCE) is the government body that conducts the computer typing test in the state of Maharashtra. It has been established in accordance with the requirements of the government of Maharashtra. The test is intended to be a qualification for the purpose of employment in any category.
The test is conducted in two phases. In the first phase, the candidates are required to complete a basic course in computer science. The second phase is the actual test, which is a combination of mathematical and logic questions.
The basic course is a three-day program, which is taught in two different languages, English and Hindi.
